The Claim Procedure
From
start to finish, our qualified staff are available to guide
you through your accident claim and answer any questions that
you may have.

2. We will contact you for further details about you
and your accident. These will then be used to determine your
chances of success
3. If appropriate, no
win no fee documentation will be prepared for you
4. (car
accidents only) If you are a driver, we will arrange for
an engineer to inspect your vehicle, if necessary. We will
then introduce you to a local repairer and arrange a replacement
hire vehicle for you
5. We will obtain any medical records and police reports,
investigate allegations and research your case fully
6. A medical will be arranged with a specialist doctor
from our national panel
7. Once liability is admitted by the other
side, we will negotiate the level of your damages
8. You will receive an offer of settlement
Sometimes,
an offer may not be acceptable. In such circumstances, we
will issue proceedings and prepare your case for court. However,
most cases are settled out of court.
